Per-user install — desktop shortcut, Start-Menu entry, and Settings → Apps uninstall. Signed (Concepts Dzign LLC); SmartScreen may still prompt while the certificate builds reputation.
For Snapdragon X and other ARM64 PCs: the native build, not the x64 one under emulation. It installs over an existing x64 Mel in place and keeps your sign-in and settings.
